Reason for the plan is that users are not getting proper knowledge that how to access the IT website of our company without proper indication. There is no proper FAQ from where user can take help. So, we are implementing our website by new FAQ tool which will help them to access every question from our FAQ page and users can answers each other question with the help of new tool.

ITIL stands for information technology infrastructure library which describes framework of best practices of delivering IT service. There are various process and services are provided in ITIL which can help to manage business risk , build a stable environment for employees for growth, scale and change whereas HDI SCC certification offers roles-based training to people to attain their goals. It provides insights about how to allocate resources to reach your goal. Metrics allows you to measure whether you are reaching your goals or not?
